That or they continue to completely disregard it and it stays at 12 or something. Anything is possible.

I feel kinda bad, his twink is actually pretty decent to be fair.

It's not bad but I know rogues that are fully BiS and only missing that +12 agi enchant to be fully maxed out. Lvl 19 is also a dead bracket atm so it would be more fitting on a lvl 20 rogue. But he seems very dedicated and ready to spend a lot for this so can't hate on him.
