those are the crafted tww pvp trinkets. i think they can be 554/558. both are 606 in bgs.

So after trying f2p for a while, I got bored with my level 20s. I caved and re-subbed so I could play all my 70's.
They are all decked out with the end of expansion gear ( Dalaran Defenders) which is 480-502 gear.
I just tried doing some timewalking dungeons and all I got from there were 415 gear.
I joined up and killed some world bosses and got 445 gear.
I shopped at the auction house and bought some 558-561 gear that said it only required level 70, when I got it in the mailbox it said it requires level 80.
QUESTION: Are there any upgrades out there??? Or do I have to give those bastards more money and buy TWW.

Required lvl in AH overview is wrong. You have to view the individual item you want to buy, there it shows the correct lvl required.
For 70 there you should go for ilvl545. But it's hard to find any of those, because they can't be looted anymore.
You wouldn't get any better gear any other way.

I Believe it was a bug with looting delves when they first launched and 70s could get weps and jewelry. Required a tww account and a second df capped to transfer back to.

This is correct, there was a few cloaks and offhands too.
