and a little Belf "secret", gives +10 spell power:

Bloodthistle, easy to farm and respawns very fast (only Belfs can use). Has a debuf after 10 minutes of -5 spirit (db = 30 mins) wich can be taken away by using more Bloodthistle.

dam frost oil olny works on glacial stone, shadow oil works on almost every non bop blue, i tested it out

I'm fairly certain runic darkblade and seraph's strike can use frost oil. And the discombob formula is from the delta security card btw (i didnt read 2nd page incase sum1 mentioned tht)

those are the only ones at 19 though.

i use discombob rays since i got the pattern on my 39 rogue lol. I believe somewhere theres a guide for this. Here are the steps in short however:

1)have a char w/ 160 engy

2) obtain delta security card (rare drop whenever an engy is in the grp from any mob in gnomer)

3) go to the lil boxes and they will each give u a schematic and the last or 2nd to last gives u the one for discombob rays.

well i can solo the dude for the quest, but i 4get if i can get the quest lol. Hmm... either way its like 3 or 4 of em and they won't last you long enough the rest of the items listed can be replenished I believe.

I heard that Magic Dust no longer works in PvP. I thought maybe it was just confusion about it not working in arena, because it is a consumable, but WoWhead comments indicate it was nerfed in 3.2 to fizzle unless used on mobs.
