Hey I just re-installed WoW today, but was huge on 19's twinks back in early cata days and have like 6 19's BiS'd. Is it possible for me to join this or need to be on specific server?

Firstly, welcome back.
Your 19s will need updating with the changes made to enchants in 5.4. There is an extensive list stickied in this forum. Aside from that, the bracket has been pretty inactive but we are trying to get games going again. Hope to see you in the gulch soon. Cheers!

Can you elaborate ? any chance you can quickly link me to any of the new and or improved enchants that came out with MoP and 5.4? When I quit leg /shoulder/head enchants no longer worked for 19's, and BoA gear was best in slot generally.

Most slots are still filled by BoA. Hopefully Mocha will update armory thread soon as it is pretty barren atm. Some chants need higher level to apply (i.e., leg chants, hunter scopes, etc). Pm me if you have any specific questions you'd like answered.

I just dont get that link, the spreadsheet shows only enchants that are 60 + so you're saying there are ways to use the high level enchants now?

Enchants scale the same for levels 1-60.. the numbers you see in that thread show what they will be on your 19 (10, 20,24, etc etc). Most of those can be applied by your twink unless mentioned otherwise.
