From what I've heard it is 1 legendary per building, so once its destroyed and rebuilt players should be able to do the quests for another, however I've seen no conformation for this.

Edit: Price for the leather feet has already dropped to 100k on a Russian realm

I crafted the plate belt today for my DK twink and the legendary hammer(sill ylong quest chain) is consumed in the process. Guessing I have to wait for the building again before I can make another.
