General Changes
- Vengeance - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been replaced by Resolve - Spell - World of Warcraft
- Tanks now take 25% additional damage in PvP.
- Agility no longer provides an increased chance to critically strike with melee and ranged attacks or abilities.
- Intellect no longer provides an increased chance to critically strike with spells.
- The base chance to critically strike is now 5% for all classes. There are no longer different chances to critically strike with melee, ranged, and spells.
- There is a new passive, named Critical Strikes, which increases chance to critically strike by 10%. It is learned by all Rogues, all Hunters, Feral and Guardian Druids, Brewmaster and Windwalker Monks, and Enhancement Shaman.
- Each point of Agility or Strength now grants 1 Attack Power (down from 2). All other sources of Attack Power now grant half as much as before.
- Weapon Damage values on all weapons have been reduced by 50%.
- Attack Power now increases Weapon Damage at a rate of 1 DPS per 3.5 Attack Power (up from 1 DPS per 14 Attack Power).
- Attack Power, Spell Power, or Weapon Damage now affect the entire healing or damage throughput of player spells. (Base damage has been removed)
- The amount of Dodge gained per point of Agility has been reduced by 25%.
- The amount of Parry gained per point of Strength has been reduced by 25%.
- Hit and Expertise has been removed as a secondary stat.
- Hit on all items and enchantments has been converted into Crit.
- Expertise on all items and enchantments has been converted into Haste
- All characters now have a 100% chance to hit, 0% chance to be dodged, 3% chance to be parried, and 0% chance for glancing blows, when fighting creatures up to 3 levels higher
- Tanking specializations receive an additional 3% reduction in chance to be parried. Tank attacks now have a 0% chance to be parried vs. creatures up to 3 levels higher.
- Health points gained per stamina has been doubled.
- Creatures that are 4 or more levels higher than the character still has a chance to avoid attacks in various ways.
- Dual Wielding still imposes a 19% chance to miss.
- Critical Damage and Critical Heals in PvP combat now deal 150% of the normal spell/ability effects (down from 200%).

- Mangle - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been removed.
- Cat Form - Spell - World of Warcraft Now grants 30% movement speed (up from 25%).
- Shred - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available to all specializations and no longer has a facing requirement, prowling now doubles the chance to critically hit with said ability.
- Travel Form - Spell - World of Warcraft Now automatically transitions between Auquatic Form and Travel Form.
- Rake - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now only available to feral druids and now stuns the target for 4 seconds if used while stealthed.
- Feline Grace - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been incorporated into Cat Form - Spell - World of Warcraft
- Ferocious Bite - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has twice the critical chance against bleeding targets.
- Bear Form - Spell - World of Warcraft Now increases armor by 330% up from 120%.
Balance
- Balance has been revamped, specifically the eclipse bar is no longe dependent on your casts rather it moves automatically while in combat. The damage dealt by your abilities depend dynamically on what end of the eclipse bar you're on.
- Prior to engaging or after prolonged absence from combat the druid is based at 0 lunar / solar energy
- The eclipse bar will automatically move from it's default position towards lunar eclipse
- The eclipse bar will then to cycle between lunar and solar eclipse, a 40 second cycle (20 seconds solar, 20 seconds lunar)
- Your damage dealt by Wrath/Sunfire & Starfire/Moonfire respectively increases by up to 30% (At the peaks)
- Upon reaching the peaks of your eclipse bar the cycle is halted for 5 seconds at either end within which time frame your Moonfire or Sunfire will deal 100% increased initial damage. Lunar Peak - Spell - World of Warcraft & Solar Peak - Spell - World of Warcraft
- Starsurge - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has 3 charges on a 30 second recharge timer. Starsurge additionally empower certain spells dependent on eclipse stage: Lunar Empowerment - Spell - World of Warcraft & Solar Empowerment - Spell - World of Warcraft These do not stack.
- Moonfire - Spell - World of Warcraft Is only available in the lunar phase and now has a duration of 20 seconds up from 14 seconds.
- Sunfire - Spell - World of Warcraft Is only available in the solar phase and now has a duration of 24 seconds up from 14 seconds.
- Moonkin Form - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer increases the haste of raid and party members withing 100 yards of the druid by 5%. Now increases mastery (irrelevant at 19).
Feral
- Note that many of the major feral changes are described in the general section.
- Combo Point - Spell - World of Warcraft Are now stored universally across all targets.
- Tiger's Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft Now lasts 8 seconds up from 6.
Guardian
- Bear Form - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer increases haste and critical strike from items by 50%, but instead causes Haste to reduce the global cooldown.
- Thick Hide - Spell - World of Warcraft has been partially incorporated into Bear Form. Bear Form now reduces all magical damage taken by 3%, reduces all physical damage taken by 25%, Reduces the chance the druid will be critically hit by 25% and reduces the chance for attacks to be parried by 25%.
- Auto-atacks now generate 5 Rage (Down from 10,9 Rage).
- Mangle - Spell - World of Warcraft Now generates 10 Rage down from 15.
- Maul - Spell - World of Warcraft Now costs 20 Rage down from 30.
- Savage Defense - Spell - World of Warcraft Now accumulates a maximum of 2 charges down from 3.
- Bear Hug - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been removed.
Restoration
- Regrowth - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has a HoT duartion of 12 seconds up from 6.

- Arcane Barrage - Spell - World of Warcraft Now replaces Fire Blast - Spell - World of Warcraft For arcane mages.
- Arcane Blast - Spell - World of Warcraft Now replaces Frostfire Bolt - Spell - World of Warcraft For arcane mages.
- Arcane Explosion - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available only to arcane mages.
- Shatter - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available only to frost mages.
- Ice Floes - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer has a cast time restriction.
- Frost Nova - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has a 30 second cooldown up from 25.

- Frostfire Bolt - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available only to the frost specialization.
- Shatter - Spell - World of Warcraft Now multiplies critical strike chance by 1,5 down from 2.
- Frostbolt - Spell - World of Warcraft Can no longer be used to heal the mage's Water Elemental.

- Stance of the Wise Serpent - Spell - World of Warcraft Now replace Stance of the Fierce Tiger - Spell - World of Warcraft for mistweaver monks.
- Tiger Strikes - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available to all monks and now increases the monk's multistrike chance by 25% for 8 seconds.
- Touch of Death - Spell - World of Warcraft, Transcendence - Spell - World of Warcraft & Transcendence: Transfer - Spell - World of Warcraft are currently incorrectly learned by monks at low lvl on the Warlords of Dreanor: Beta, this is definitely a flaw.
Brewmaster
- Dizzying Haze - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer has an energy cost. No longer sometimes cause melee attacks to misfire.
- Stance of the Sturdy Ox - Spell - World of Warcraft Increases your stamina by 40% up from 20. No longer reduces chance to be critically hit. No longer increases energy regeneration.
- Brewmaster Training - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been incorporated into Stance of the Sturdy Ox - Spell - World of Warcraft But is still activated at higher levels (It doesn't take effect at 19s)
- Clash - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been removed.
Mistweaver
- All abilities available to mistweaver monks now have a 1,5 second GCD.
- Stance of the Wise Serpent - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been split into Stance of the Spirited Crane - Spell - World of Warcraft & Stance of the Wise Serpent - Spell - World of Warcraft
- Soothing Mist - Spell - World of Warcraft Healing has been increased by 100% and has a GCD of 0,5 seconds. No longer generates Chi. No longer heals immediately (No more spamming).
- Crane's Zeal - Spell - World of Warcraft Is incorporated into Stance of the Spirited Crane - Spell - World of Warcraft This causes blackout kick (While in said stance) to increase critical strike chance by 20% for 20 seconds.
- Stance of the Wise Serpent - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer increases haste from items by 50%.
- There's currently no way of attaining the chi necessary to cast Enveloping Mist - Spell - World of Warcraft seeing as swapping stances clears all but 1 chi. This is something that is obviously due to change.
Windwalker
- Stance of the Fierce Tiger - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer increases damage done by 10%. Now increases movement speed of you and your allies within 10 yards by 10%.
- Combo Breaker - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been incorporated into Stance of the Fierce Tiger - Spell - World of Warcraft But has had it's proc chance reduced to 8% down from 12.
- Fists of Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft Damage has been increased by 100% and now always does full damage to the primary target while damage i still split among secondary targets. Additionally it no longer stuns repeatedly but only on

- Holy Fire - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has an 9 second duration up from 7.
- Power Word: Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has a chance for a critical effect based on critical strike chance and can Multistrike based on Multistrike chance for all specializations.

- Rapture - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer reduces mana cost nor does it refund the spell if dispelled or completely absorbed.

- Combo points are now shared across all targets and are no longer lost when switching target.
- Ambush - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer has a facing requirement.
- Subterfuge - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer allows the Rogue to remain stealthed for the duration but instead lets the Rogue use abilities that would otherwise require being stealthed.
Sublety
- Sinister Calling - Spell - World of Warcraft Now increases Agility by 15% (down from 30%), and the amount of Multistrike bonus received from all sources by 5% (in order to act as Subtlety’s Secondary Stat Attunement). And finally, when the rogue Multistrikes with Backstab or Ambush, they also twist the blade, causing all Bleed effects to instantly tick an additional time.
- Hemorrhage - Spell - World of Warcraft DoT damage is now Accumulative/Rolling meaning that reapplication of the DoT now adds to the damage of an already existing DoT instead of replacing it. Still refreshes duration.
- Master of Subtlety - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been incorporated into Stealth - Spell - World of Warcraft.
- Energetic Recovery - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now baseline for Sublety Rogues.
- Find Weakness - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now incorporated into Ambush - Spell - World of Warcraft Effective at lvl 10.

- The damage of Searing Totem - Spell - World of Warcraft's searing bolt has been increased by 120%. And it's cast time is now 2 seconds up from 1,5 but is now also affected by haste.
- Ancestral Spirit - Spell - World of Warcraft Now costs 95% less mana to cast.
- Lightning Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft Now persists through death
- Flametongue - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now only available to enhancement shamans and no longer increases magical damage done.
- Shaman weapon imbuements are now passive
- Totems will no longer cause hostile creatures to enter combat with the Shaman based on proximity.
Elemental
- Thunderstorm - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer regenerates mana. The movement speed reduction (allthough indicated by the tooltip) has not changed.
- Elemental Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft Will not appear as a passive in the spellbook but has been inherently built into the elemental specialization.
- Elemental Shaman Mana regeneration has been increased by 50% to compensate for the loss of Rolling Thunder - Spell - World of Warcraft which was available at lvl 20 so whether or not this takes effect at lvl 10 is unknown.
- Healing Surge - Spell - World of Warcraft Now heals an additional 100% when cast on self.
Enhancement
- Lava Lash - Spell - World of Warcraft It now spreads flame shock to up to 6 nearby targets (up from 4) and has a cooldown of 10,5 seconds up from 10 seconds. Additionally it deals 280% weapon damage up from 140% (to compensate for Flametongue - Spell - World of Warcraft no longer increasing the damage done by lava lash)

- Riptide - Spell - World of Warcraft Instant healing has been increased by 70% while periodic healing has been reduced by 20%.

- Healthstone's cooldown will now not reset until the player leaves combat. Healing from this ability can no longer be a Critical Effect. Additionally the healing is now a flat amount instead of a % based on health.
- Harvest Life - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now only available to Affliction and Demonology Warlocks.

- Searing Flames - Spell - World of Warcraft Replaces Harvest Life - Spell - World of Warcraft For Destruction Warlocks. (Allthough ironically it doesn't seem like it would serve any purpose at lvl 15, seeing as ember tap is not available at that lvl)
- Burning Embers - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available at lvl 10.
- Chaos Bolt - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available at lvl 10.
- Ember Tap - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available at lvl 15.

- Throw - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been removed.
- Enrage - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now only available to Fury and Protection Warriors and now increases all damage (up from only Physical damage).
- Warrior Stances now once again have their own action bars. Attempting to use an ability that requires a different stance will now automatically switch to that stance.
- Taunt - Spell - World of Warcraft Now requires Defensive stance.
- Charge - Spell - World of Warcraft now Roots the target (instead of stunning). The Root effect does not share a Diminishing Return with other Roots.
- Headlong Rush - Spell - World of Warcraft is a new passive ability for Warriors: Haste reduces global cooldown and the cooldowns of Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst, Shield Slam, and Thunder Clap.
- Warbringer - Spell - World of Warcraft Now causes Charge to stun the target for 1.5 seconds (Instead of rooting the target for 1.5 seconds). Previously caused it to root the target for 4 seconds as well as snare the enemy for 15 seconds (lower in pvp)
- Defensive Stance - Spell - World of Warcraft Now triggers a 6 second cooldown on Mortal Strike for Arms, and Bloodthirst and Wild Strike for Fury.
Arms
- Battle Stance for Arms Warriors now generates 115% more Rage from auto-attacks and Critical Strikes now generate double Rage.
- Defensive Stance for Arms Warriors now generates 50% as much Rage from auto-attacks as in Battle Stance.
- Arms Warriors now generate Rage from taking auto-attack damage. Each 1% of health taken as damage will generate 1 Rage, up to 5 Rage per hit.
- Mortal Strike - Spell - World of Warcraft Now replaces Heroic Strike - Spell - World of Warcraft For arms warrios and costs 20 rage up from 10.
- Rend - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been re-implemented and is available to the Arms specialization.
- Slam - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been removed.
- Execute - Spell - World of Warcraft For Arms Warriors now costs 10 Rage, and consumes up to 30 additional Rage to deal additional damage.
- Seasoned Soldier - Spell - World of Warcraft Now increases damage done by 10% down from 15% (previous beta build) down from 25%. (live)
Fury
- Piercing Howl - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now available to Fury Warriors at lvl 19.
- Titan's Grip - Spell - World of Warcraft And Single-Minded Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft Has been incorporated into Crazed Berserker - Spell - World of Warcraft (Dual wielding 2handers is currently not possible at 19 on the beta.)
- Bloodthirst - Spell - World of Warcraft Now has 30% additional Critical Strike chance (instead of double the normal Critical Strike chance).
- Crazed Berserker - Spell - World of Warcraft No longer increases auto attack damage. Instead, it also causes Execute - Spell - World of Warcraft to hit with the off-hand weapon.

- Ultimatum - Spell - World of Warcraft Is now baseline for Protection Warriors.
- Unwavering Sentinel - Spell - World of Warcraft Is a new passive for Protection Warriors.
