Rules adjusted 'cause of a lot of complaining

Main rule:

all normal buffs that are usually allowed for 19 are allowed (elixirs, 19 buffs, rum etc)
other stuff is forbidden

You didnt explain why you chose these rules instead of the usual rules, you said you didnt find it unfair to use speed pots since everyone can get them, which is right, don't you think a match without consumeables and outside buffs would be more fun since it would be a competition based on pure skill.
Furthermore banning outside buffs would save all the debate and trouble about wether or not people are buffed properly.

btw we had 20 ppl lined up, but blizz decided to fuck with us, and despite having 2x 5man groups queued on both sides queues didn't pop, and not everyone wanted to do exp-on wargames, so nothing really happenend :/
