Yes or no, and why?

I should note that this is not the only indicator that should be used if your looking to gauge activity after TC2k15.

I will be taking an extended break. My hope is that the community realizes some people need a break after all the prep that went into this year's cup and delay any official tournaments, etc. for at least a little while.

edit - I meant a break from wow itself. I don't do anything else in wow but play 19s so once the cup is over I take a break.. but I will eventually be back to 19s.

There is no reason for me to leave 19s. I love this bracket!

Depends on how smoothly the twink cup runs and what happens to the community afterwards.

Always will play 19's in some fashion on one of my accounts.
But it not the only bracket that exists. It is always good to diversify your time investments.

I wil be taking a couple of weeks off to go on vacation. I plan on returning to 19s after. As long as the 19 bracket is active, I'll be around.

Will definitely be active after the cup. Looking to grow BTB as a guild even more so then than now :). 19s for life.

one negative would be the quality of games, the vast majority of them are terrible. 30% winrate and dropping, and all I can do in most games is watch and be sad. I'm open to being hopeful for more even games in the future but if that is a result of the caliber of players going down then I don't really see that as better. Even when we win it's usually just a snoozefest in the opposite direction. Truly even games are extremely rare. I'm only logging in for the people at this rate and I don't know if I can justify the subscription cost for just that

Definately plan on playing 19s as long as I can. Summers are crazy busy time in Alaska. Otherwise, I'd have tried to find a cup team. I have way more time when I'm going to school. Might even branch out to 39s if there's enough activity there.

I am really looking forward to the potential of 39s. You should definitely make a toon should things get going.

i was talking to a couple of my friends about this and honestly ill play, but idk how long, so many factors telling me not to. For starters, every player is going to be horde because of the ncwl or w/e, simultaneously meaning we wont see many pugs pop because of faction hopping/afking (also horrible unstable games). Another reason is what is the prize pool for the ncwl, to even conisder that, most people only came to to 19 cuz of $7000, no1 came back here because of friendship or anything like that, they all want the money, so speaking for myself here, if there is no incentive to play then, i personally wont.

Hate to be blunt, but let's just put it this way: unless you plan on being inactive due to IRL reasons, you have absolutely no reason to go inactive. The bracket is currently flourishing. Yes, pugs haven't been up to par. But if you decide to quit 19s after TC, games will further worsen. If you TRULY care about the 19s community and it's activity, you will not go inactive post-TC unless, of course, due to IRL reasons.

Money is what makes the world go round, and it does the same with this bracket. People will learn one day that when you make a 19 you need to plan on it being a seasonal twink.

I don't really think a few hundred dollars from winning the twink cup is the main driving force for activity in the bracket. I think it's the bragging rights of winning the cup. But if the winning team quits for 3/4 of the year, I don't think the title really means that much.

Champions got to defend the title. Different people have different times when they can play a lot. Not everyone has time to play a lot during the summer. If you aren't willing to play most of the year, and complete against those players, I don't really think you can claim to be year round, twink champions. Plus, what's the point of winning if you can't even parade around showing it off. And you just going to let someone else run the show while your gone?

Of course, if people actually want 19s to just be a seasonal thing, then I guess they thing to do quit for nine months, and only play horde. I think we have a good thing going, but it's going to take a little unselfishness to keep it going.
