When the assertion to prove is a negative claim, the burden takes the form of a negative proof, proof of impossibility, or mere evidence of absence. Fascinating isn't it ? This bracket wouldn't even be a thing without their addition. Because most of 29s are there to shit on starter editions. And to get lots of HKS. That's why the outplay on most of them is super real, because the skill is as high as the number 0.

I played 29s in TBC, Wotlk, Cata, and MoP. I can assure you that 29s were active before 20s were put into our bracket, and we didn't need them. Hell, there are plenty of nights when I queue and get into BFG, which is 25-29 only. The illusion that starter accounts are responsible for activity is laughable.
