Why dont guild leaders respond to PMs?

So I made 2 19 twinks a few weeks back to get back into playing lvl 19s again. I used to play a ton with a Horde guild on Hemorush realm but it all died down for a while so I leveled out and focused on 85 stuff a while. I made a priest and a hunter both having BIS based on this sites recommendations and both having 2 X Arena master trinks (not that I use both all the time but wanted them).

I played both toons daily for a few weeks and PMed every guild leader listed in the forums, the only one I got a response form was Sneaky who i snow not playing anymore.

Not sure what it takes to get consideration but I have since moved on and created a level 24 rouge and have had a ton of response in that bracket about playing with guild groups and getting into guilds.

I would think the bracket would need want more players willing to play daily, having BIS, played 19s a lot before and someone who dose not need help gearing - put the time in to gear etc... I was willing to server X Fer and faction change either toon also.

I really got the impression its a closed community / bracket with little opportunity for new players to get into a guild and play with 3,4, 5... 9 others as a team.

It got sickening getting rolled by the guild groups to be honest.

Im sure the guild leaders have their reasons but a response would have been nice and a chance to jump in as a alternate and wait for a spot or fill in when needed would have been great.

Good luck there are some great players / teams at this level.

Bleeding Hollow is. It's where nearly every epeen/popularity based player plays. If you're not a friend on that realm, chances are you won't be considered good and you wouldn't have a guild.

If you're ever looking for quality players who do not play for their statistics page ratio nor real ID friends list, you should consider playing on Elune / Laughing Skull or perhaps start your own guild.

Cheers pal,

I'm sure Sneaky's guild has co-guild masters that could have judged you in his/her/its stead.

I only manage recruitment. Brown is the Guild Master and the Officers are Laurasia, Furi, and Animal.

Refer to those 4 listed above, until I come off break. :p

Why are you making threads complaining about 19s if you have already moved on?

I still have both 19s (parked) , I made a 24 to see if that may be better, I may not like 24s or 29s I know I loved 19s and I guess its not meaning to be a complaint more of an observation and question on why many guilds listed as recruiting don't reply

To each his own, I was looking forward to playing 19s actively again and it took the wind out of my sails not to get any responses - even "sorry we are not recruiting" would have been nice. I read a lot on these forum about needing more players more guilds etc... but seems same 2-3 guilds roll PUGs and those guilds seem to be all set with there 10-15 players.

All good, I am sure its fun for them

thanks Sneaky, when you come back ill see if your in need and flip a toon or two over - I appreciate your responses to the PMs

I sent PMs to the folks listed in the Guild thread, I can go back and list them out and I will try again and PM some of you that maybe I should have.

thanks

If none of you got a PM, that leaves only one notorious guild leader..

Aha! It only could have been...

Sorry, posted a picture of my dinner by accident.

Yes, as I was saying, it must have been SAXX.

<masta ballerz 3.0> is the culprit!

When I did the priest premade, I found out you could only sent a certain amount of PMs every 2 minutes or something, so that is possibly why people did not receive them. I didn't realise it initially and had to go back and figure out who didn't get my pms. That could be the problem here.

No one PMs me :( <TriliumAlone> now recruiting ..

Doubt it. Pretty sure by PM'ing Guild Leaders, he means sending in applications. This would definitely take longer than the 1 minute wait between sending messages. In any case, there is an error notifying you that you have to wait however many seconds before sending another PM.

It was a while back but it was in a square box like the message sent notification. Because it was ambiguous I kind of ignored it lol. Anyways it was just a suggestion.
