Sure you can, people reroll toons all the time. I rerolled a 24 for 4.0. Why shouldn't I? I migrated to the bracket where the games were popping. As did the majority of people. I kept my level 29's at 29. And when 5.2 hit I rerolled a level 20 due to scaling. And I continue to play level 20's. How many twinks do you have?
Hell, I am leveling a new 19 right now(not at this very minute) to add to my other 19's.
