You could debate about Earl vs Duke tho.
 
It is kind of hard to detect whether a paladin is actually a good player, since there is not so much you can do extra then activate abilities when they get off CD. My judgement of them is mostly based on fake casts. Few paladins in this bracket do it and alot fewer do it good.

My vote therefor goes to Earl, who in a duel showed that he knows how to fake cast. Twice did he baited me into a predictable interrupt. He did this by casting his heal when my lightning bolt was almost at the end of its casttime, making it seem like i could finish my cast and have an easy interrupt. The moment my cast was done he faked, making me miss my interrupt.

I know this is something really basic, but he is the only paladin to ever have shown something more then spam heal or random cast interrupts in the hope of making a succesfull fake. There might be more decent paladins out there, but i just haven't seen anything special from other paladins before.

Earl's a good pal. He's honest, fun, supportive, and caring. He'll stick with you even when times are tough. He'll carry you when you're down... and he'll always be there 'cause url not die ever.
