Which first?

Just wondering which heirloom I should get first. I'm getting honor from level 10-20 and I'll hopefully have enough for a piece. I figured a JP chest since it's more honor then later just get the honor shoulders. Now I'm in the dilemma of crit vs. hit. Maybe a weapon first >.< I'm just confused as to what get first.

fyi, I'm a hunter.
I've been looking through armories and the best 20's I've seen are (best as in achive points+ Hk's. sorry if there's better hunter )

Get all cloth white gear and you can still succeed as a hunter in this bracket.

Probably follow Felix, as far as I'm aware, he's kind of a legend

I have the feeling Lofi's set there is for pve since he all went out on hit or for battles against the 24s wich makes it a hit set and not the basic set wich is more like felix his set. If you have enough honor to spend you can do what lofi did if you ask me and go for the mail boa gear first.
