When was Crusader nerfed?

It's been awhile since I've played. I remember Crusader increasing 100 STR across the board. I went to pick it up and the tooltip shows far less strength (17) when procced.

Is this new? Or has it been like this for some time.

**Also I noticed that Hidden Satyr hits for far less now as well. Is this a new thing as well?

Crusader tooltip has read as scaled for like what... 4 expansions now? But it still provides the full 100 str.

And yes, Mark of the Hidden Satyr is a bit weaker than it used to be.

Crusader was never nerfed. The tooltip has been wrong for several xpacs now. Hidden Satyr has taken a slight hit, but not much. It scales off your versatility, so the more you have the harder it will hit (Elemental Force is the same).

Yes, vers increases all sources of your damage. You'd be better off stacking haste for more ticks though, in terms of overall damage increase.
