That is exactly is what it is. 10k is obtainable on a level 20 shaman in a BG with those buffs. I have never stated otherwise. Even more as Pandaren. I am sure I could get it higher if I went full stamina, but I strive to maintain 200+ SP and 30%+ haste.
All toons that reach high health have some sort of health buff gains to help them reach their maximum health.

with all buffs and cooldowns my BM monk Neversober can hit 15k HP in full HP gear, This is will strictly HP gear though which isnt really viable for actual PVP combat.
