-you have access to most of the class defining abilities
-access to all of the engineering goodies
-damage isn't out of control like at 60's and some of the later brackets
-people looking to premade every week, though admittedly not as much activity in this area as 19's as a number of guilds are still trying to put their teams together.

My vote is 29.
It's the bracket I mained back in TBC, I really like how it's borderline lvl 35, so you could get lvl 35+ item level enchants.
I ran with double mongoose on a lvl 29 rogue in WotLK, until Blizzard decided to ruin all the fun. I'll never consider WotLK to be the best expansion because of it.

Check my post history, clearly not a tinker. I agree that wrath was a shit twinking expansion for the reasons you stated except xp in bg’s.
I had the most fun twinking in BC and probably MOP but I stuck it out through all except legion. Fuck legion.

It is a non-competitive bracket.And I am happy no one pretends it is.

I saw your post-count and that's the weird part. The queues on my battlegroup was like 1 hr on average after you disabled the xp bar in WotLK and then people stopped queueing it completely

burning crusade enchants on quest pieces that are available to 29s. The armor enchants are really nice, but the weapon enchants are just game changing.
