The MS Debuff will allow them viability on Offense (or at least worth experimenting with), but it seems that a Hunter or Mage will be required on O as well for CCs, snares and roots to gain ToT.

It looks like ferals will be able to put 1 point in infected wounds, allowing them to put a 25% movement debuff on the target, however i completely expect the druid talents to change.

You dont, with everything up in the air, you really cant be sure which class will be gimped or likely to be fun to play. You might have thought a couple weeks ago "wow, warriors look amazing in cata!" and now they're looking gimped. Wait and see, and just be happy with what you have atm.

Edit: either that or go druid, cos they'll always be awesome.

Fail Kore <3.

I'd suggest rolling like I roll. Make one of each class, you're always sure to hit the jackpot, if OP is what you're going for! :D

Read the notes but warriors dont seem THAT favourable now.

If you ever played a warrior, you would realise how useful a demo shout to keep a kiting rogue in combat, or a disarm can sway the game.

They removing those two AND shield bash. The one move which gave you some edge on casters.

Removing this is just gimping warriors and i dont think a 50% healing debuff will help vs a lock / druids Natures grasp, or mages polymorph etc.

We are geting a DPS buff but the utility wise i feel we are getin the short end of the stick.

this^^

if cata.wowhead is to be believed :

Warrior - Abilities - World of Warcraft

no demo shout

no disarm lvl 34

no shield bash lvl 20

NO HAMSTRING lvl 26 :(

casters getting a LOT more stam

hunter damage thru the roof

have fun in bg's with no hamstring...

Yep I'm pretty sure I'm going to roll Mage and Paladin.

Warrior Ensham, Rogue and Paladin Damage will be through the roof if they can keep with a class that can put up snares and CC for them to take advantage of. Right now it looks like most any mage (But frost especially) or a BM Hunter would be your best bet at remaining viable on the battlegrounds... oh yay, I can finally use that word in plural ^_^. You'll have to play in a coordinated manner, about the only class that is singularly OP right now are the Frost Mages... but I'd say that they could be trumped by a BM Hunter's mass of interrupts. If you, as a warrior, were to stand right next to a BM Hunter that's Steady/Scatter/Intimidating/Ravaging a Frost Mage into a mass of mushy stuff, you take away the one thing a Mage can do about a BM Hunter, which is stand in melee with them to start casting... since something that is even more painful is standing right there ready to make a mess of their face. Against more mobile targets, a BM Hunter could Conc shot to snare a target, then scatter shot later to stop a target entirely so you can get into melee range while they keep a steady stream of Steady Shots rolling on the target so they can keep Concussive Shots and Intimidations going on the target to allow you to remain on the target.

Aimed Shot, while powerful, has a 2 second cast time and focus will quickly be expended on other purposes in an LoS environment like the bases. I expect that MM Hunters will be more prone to stalking the midfield than trying to fight on O or D.

What's the typical damage reduction of the various armor classes, Bearform Druids and Shaman with Shields presently?

~35% typically.

Perfect druid FC in caster has 24.5% and 43.65% in bear. A shaman usually rocks about 35%

Bump 2 more votes. =-)

But they loose hamstring disarm and more.

Top three were mage,paladin,warrior... I think I want a CC mage, Ret Paladin, and not a warrior.

I said I would decide from the Top 3 choices.
