What twink item do you regret the most not obtaining from a previous WoW release?

For me, it has to be the Blackvenom Blade Blackvenom Blade - Item - World of Warcraft - been trying to obtain it from Rohh the Silent since forever (well several months sometimes multiple times daily) and it has not dropped. I'm pretty sure that it no longer drops since Cata however keep trying none the less.

What piece of gear do you regret the most not obtaining when you had the chance?

Well it's 9,09% resist to all schools of spell damage (including rogue poison and serpent sting, etc). So basically it's 9,09% reduced magical damage, 9,09% chance to resist any magic-based CC. Hands down best FC enchant.
