EU+US What stats xfer to BG's?

The alliance hierloom vendor is in the Hall of Explorers in Ironforge.
I think the "breakpoints" would be when it rounds up, not necessarily x stats increase significantly more than normal. I haven't tested so I have no clue. If its how I think it is, then its like Guild Wars 2 where boon duration of 75% automatically increases the buff to 100% added duration.

Its hard to tell really. Blizz has hidden the character stats and ilvl from lower level chars. We use an addon to get it back. I'm not sure how many decimal points blizzard uses (if any), and where it rounds off.
I haven't looked - but stam would probably be the easiest one to look at. Increase ilvl by 1 without increasing the visable stam number. See if your health increases. Continue to do so until the next "breakpoint" where we see the stam integer go up. Since each stam is 10hp - increasing ilvls in between the breakpoint would show a small increase in health (<10 hp). In which case there are no breakpoints.
