What pve advantages do you have for level 20

I was thinking of making a twink either prot war or pali and wanted to do pve content as a twink. WHat advantages would I have

the lower level you are the more impact all your gemmed gear is gonna have with scaling and stuff. so not as much as a lvl 10, but more than 21-49.

Assuming you mean F2P 20s, the biggest advantage a F2P 20 has for PvE content (besides gear, obviously) is that you have all the time in the world to do it, and there is A LOT to do!

Just be ready for some hardcore grinding if you want to fully gear any character without P2P intervention.

Will a lvl14 be better than a lvl20 in running dungeons? With most slots using ROTP with sockets plus bc dungeon socket gears I am doing huge dmg in random dungeons.. Apart from bosses, I one and 2 shots all others.. I am using hunters, but regardless, all classes have access to ROTP and socketed bc gears too so I assume they will do the same right?
