What healer/ dps class should I make

So I almost have a full set if caster looms and I want to make a new twink a caster/healer, im really interested in the idea of a mage for there insane CC. But seeing as we have very few healers im considering making a preist/ pally. I would like to hear from you guys which heal class you perfer, (I have all the looms for a hpally also) the only thing about pallys is the imense amounts of gear sets you use withing one game so mabey some one could help me out on that. Also post below what class I should roll . also I would be willing to faction change to become 100% bis

Priests are viable and hillarious. i suggest making a priest. mages aren't too hard to gear, provided you have a pair of mindthrust, but go abit more under the "Easy To Play Hard To Master" category..with priests you pretty much need to put spells on the bar and you'll get the hang of it quite early good luck and have fun.

I like both pally and priest but I find priest to be more fun you can play a lot more offensively.

agree and it easy to create a ton of fake healing as a holy paladin thru playing the LOL-u-can't kill me game with a hunter or two on the opposing side wracking up a ton of HEY-i'm-#1-DPS WTF U GUYS DOING

priests have the ability to put out as much "healing done" as paladins too.
