I still think that blizzard making the profession enchanting, and this one being best agi enchant in vanilla, it was intended for classic raiders
People just used them on low lvls cuz the enchants had no lvl requirement

I suppose fiery is intended for lvl 60 raiding because it's a classic enchant too. I have no idea what will happen to the 15 agi enchant in 5.4 though. But I'd image 20 agi to lvl 35+ would scale down to 15 agi if you're below 35... or the enchant would only be 20 agi once you reach 70 because it's a BC enchant. I really don't know, I'm just guessing here. Something I do know is that there'll be no scaled up fiery enchant for 90 :/

Currently on the PTR .. none of the Vanilla enchants change. The TBC seem to scale better than the wrath ones (20 agi = 15 agi, but the 26 agi = 10 agi).
Black Magic and Mongoose look pretty cool for Rogues .. I think probably proc enchants like Fiery might still be best dps though specially if paired with a haste enchant. I think Living Steel will be a must for Hunters so they can finally hit stuff again.
As for other GF stuff ... I was messing around on Anvilmar and found a few stacks of Magic Candle - Item - World of Warcraft and Explosive Rocket - Item - World of Warcraft I still have

I have the Fiery Blaze Enchantment - Item - World of Warcraft item on my main, couldn't think of a weapon to use it on so it's still in my bank collecting dust.

Oh I have a small pile of magic candles on vek. I didn't know they were GF'd. I am glad I brought them over from my other realm. Of course, I can't use them now...I just need to look at them.

Character - if you wanna make some gold or $ - PM me with your price and server info. Blizz really f*d me over on mine by it's "mysterious removal from my weapon" without the hope of a restoration for "lack of proof". I'd be highly motivated to obtain another one for a project I'm working on
Now if I could just find someone with another of the old Naxx shoulder enchants that got removed from my BoA shoulders as well.... ><
