All of that gear is very hard to obtain now and is useless at 24.

Just make a new one. It will take you one day to make one.

If you really had a gf'd geared to the teeth rogue, you wouldn't even consider leveling it to the 20s bracket on a whim

I would consider doing it and being a scumbag p2p 20 gf rogue.... But that's just cause I'd rather play them. :(

After being in que the last 10 times I have tried for more then 30 minutes each time... I just feel like 19s are dead and 20-24 is the real twink bracket now.

Man dont lvl your twink, 19s have been getting a few pops on scheduled nights here n there & more activity has been sparking up lately, i wouldn't waste a gorgeous rogue on 24s bracket

i know how it feels to lvl a twink and its extremely regrettable (i had the fucking turtle mount on one in wotlk ugh)

You forgot the option of making gear sets/weird gear sets. Many players, myself included, enjoy gearing and creating multiple sets more than most other aspects the 19 bracket can provide.
 
Sometimes when no one is watching I dress up as my Twink in my back yard and pretend I'm fighting tence (he has the flag) then I kill tence I pretend that curley is about to get the return but then I grab the flag quicker than curley and I win .... That's usually a regular day for me.

you're right for all those but making a 19 today is a ton less work then it was in tbc, considering all the boas, how easy it is to pass chants down and how much cheaper stuff usually is now. Most BiS items aren't even wrold drops now, and even if they are you can just chest farm, where as world drops previously were unfarmable.

For the little amount of WSG you played, i wouldn't trash talk the game, you were an handicap for your team whole time, you pushed for a fear at the worst moment, you played a spec with 3 seconds shield in a bracket that is essential to prevent burst via shields. Sure they remove dispell for priest, sure you don't spam wand anymore, sure most of gear is GF'ed but you didn't need any GF'ed for MOP 5.3 so please stop.

The only thing you could blame is people who play to win.
