Oh that's a nice one. Congrats. This one is tricky to get because the portal moves, you don't know if it's been used recently and WoD zones reset if unused.
For anyone who wants this, the key is to constantly look for the portals in Shadowmoon Valley. That zone never resets for some reason.
A few years ago there was a bug where the mount wouldn't drop for certain toons. Party synced maybe? I forget. No idea if it's been fixed or not.

Seems like a 100% drop from deepholm lorewalking. I got it both on my druid and pally.
Bracers with sockets are hard to come by for F2P. Previous options required you to get your lvl 20 into normal magister's terrace somehow.

That list doesn't include quest rewards, which is a weird omission. Off the top of my head:
- Wrist: Shadow Labs quest (20+)
- Feet: Shadow Labs quest (20+)
- Belt: Old Hillsbrad quest (15+)
- Various items from Zangamarsh quests (10+)

There's a bug. Instead of running TW 5 weeks back to back, you only need to run 10 TW in a row this week to unlock Timeways III
