Call them and ask why the fug you we're banned. I've been ShS juking in xp-on in cata for quite a few times, same for jumping around tunroofs and that kinda shit, have had a lot of whispers like "I'm going to report you for terrain exploiting", but haven't received a ban and haven't heard anyone else getting banned for "terrain exploiting" (referring so simple jumps INSIDE the actual WSG map, not getting out of the map into places where you aren't normally supposed to go. Just getting around the map more conveniently.)

Just call them and ask where the limit between using skillful movement in the terrain and terrain exploiting goes. If so happens that you haven't done anything that they would describe as exploiting, try to get something in return for your lost 3 hours of gametime

Sadly navigating roof tunnel tops is a terrain exploit and they are in their full right to give you your 3 hrs ban. You shouldnt use bugs in the terrain. You CAN get reported for those and action can be taken. Just try to play fair without these terrain bugs like you are supposed to.

how exactly is that a bug? if its a bug they would have fixed going on tunnel LONG ago. with out more explaination from the OP about the situation. sounds like the guys that reported him didnt like that he could just pop right up there. MOAR INFO PLOX
