what class should i roll?

Can you gear a Balance Druid W/O BoA's though? i can farm honor for the PvP BoA Shoulders but is that enough??

BoAs are easy to get, but you can be effective without them. Having the shoulders would definately be a plus even if it's the PvP ones cause good shoulders are not easy for casters in the 19 bracket to come by.



edit: Any caster without BoA weapons is fairly gimped cause they're missing the 39 SP, so there is that to consider.
