What bracket have lowest bg time?

So I wanted to know what bracket have the lowest que time for twinks?

Im on EU btw

Can't speak for EU specifically, but generally the 20-29 has some of the lowest due to a high number of f2p players. For US, 19s are pretty close to the same queue times - so I'm sure there are other brackets in the EU that are also pretty low queue times.

there is no difference in the q time now, whether you have your xp on or off .. you q with the rest of the ordinary players
