What BG Realm Pops Most

I just returned to Wow after over a year and am wondering what bg realm pops the most, especially\including late nights here in the est coast of states.
I am currently on Myzrael, level 19 Alliance and it has absolutely no action at nights. Not sure about daytimes bc I just resubbed last week and havent had a chance to try days, none the less I need night info anyway bc I almost always play at night.
Do I need to start playing on tbc classic instead of classic vanilla? I will
Do I need to change level brackets? I will
Do I need to play horde? ( never have in 15 years ive played but...) I will
Do I need to pay money for char transfer? I will
I will do anything necessary devoting time, effort and money once again starting over as long as there is some bg realm ques that pop actively. (Hopefully instantly but at the worst of worst times like no more than 15-20 min and even then on a consistent regular basis I can count on)

I just want to twink\smash as its always been what ive enjoyed the most.
Anyone point me in right direction?
And can you tell me the activity time frames...

Firstly, US or EU?

I can only speak for EU.

Also, I don't believe there are any battlegroups on any of the classic versions of the game (Vanilla or TBC).
So for pops, it really doesn't matter what server you play on. Everyone gets put into the same pool.

With that said, vanilla is dead for sure, so either copy the character to TBC or make a new one.
The 19 bracket is fine, you'll find pops for sure (on TBC).
Play any faction you like.

If you care about server community (not just pops),
then most twinks are aggregated to Pyrewood Village (both factions).

Thank you so much for the info.
I am however speaking about US...
Maybe I need to char transfer over to EU then to guarantee good activity\quick ques?? Or should it be the same on uS?
If not and I DO need to be on EU, can I char transfer over? And then can I copy over to BC classic??? Is that all even possible?
Also, I guess im about 6 hours behind EUhere in eastern standard time usa, so how long does it typically take for a level 19 brackets bg que to start around 4am-10am EU time?

Mankrik is active at nights on both ally and horde for tbc 19's US. 5-10 runnin round TB and Org every night usually, waitin on ques

Above poster said there are no battlegroups apparently so since every realm is combined do I really need to be on Mankrik? Or am I misunderstanding something.
What hours is nights to you exactly? And in what time zone??
Also how long are the ques typically.

Thx!!

Mantrik is just the server most of them are on if you wanted to join guilds, do open world pvp, ect but it shouldnt matter for BGs
