EU+US Well 10s got the nerf

my rsham is down to 46% vers now, seems a bit higher, maybe shams have a higher verse base?
 
This wasn't a direct nerf to Level 10's, it was a change in how Mastery (mostly) and Versatility scales at 110 to calm the power creep, which in turn negatively impacted 10's due to our high scaling. This literally happens every XPac, it's nothing new. I will keep all my Twinks because I have them for reasons other than JUST iPvP, or JUST PvE, or JUST Bankers, etc.

No, crit and haste got nerfed aswell for us.
