So I've been playing my veteran warrior recently and have come across something quite nice but I need some people's opinions about it.
While I'm mainly enchanted towards fury I enjoy arms's qualities while premading. So when I am spec'd Arms I have an extra Bloodied Arcanite Reaver in my bags with another Crusader enchant on it.
So what i do is when I get a Crusader proc i use the following macro:
/equip Bloodied Arcanite Reaper
And it will switch out my weapons and give me the chance for another crusader proc so that i may have 2 crusader procs
With one proc i get 251ap and with double procs i get 351 (Out of a battlegrounds)
I have recommended this to other people but a few have said that it is not worth the GCD that it takes to switch a weapon. But i have a remedy for this!
Instead of using just the macro i have stated about to switch. You need to pair it with a /cast macro (I use rend because it has no CD).
This will not only switch your weapon but also apply rend to your target (if you are in range of course). But the best thing about it is it does both of these things in a shared GCD.
I would love to know your opinions on this and maybe an explanation why it can share a GCD if you use the macro.
