Weapon enchant choices

If you were sticking an enchant on your new Foamspittle epic for your Balance druid, which would you pick and why?

Seems Elemental Force, +9 SP and Mark of Shadowmoon (like this fella https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/bleeding-hollow/teawink) are top choices.

9 spellpower probably. Ele force will do decent work on single target dots, but 9 spellpower will affect all your dots when you multitarget. Ele force procs will be the same number of procs for a single target as multiple targets, so those 10 procs spread over 5 targets is only 2 prpcs per target.
