I got some clarification. Exp is from turning in the marks apparently, not from the bg or winning the bg outright.

Changes have already started. Not saying it will affect twinking but it's not out of the question. The addon spy was nerfed. TSM sniping was nerfed today. Before today you could run sniper from a second account and only switch over when it found something. Now it works the same way it does in retail. You get phased every few minutes so you have to restart it. I've been sniping in classic since day one and never once got phased. Today I get phased nonstop.

You're missing the really good deals then. Sniped feet of the lynx last week for 85 silver. You won't find those deals manually sniping because the tsm snipers will grab them as soon as they land.

Shadowfang 88s, almost everything else I have which is two full banks and bags worth of BiS gear, has been less than 10g. I really don't think it's necessary, or wasn't. You're kind of making my point for me though...

I'm so confused, I'm not getting those deals, but you are with your AH mod? Or no one is getting them anymore? Either way snagged 9/9 helm for 5g last week. Like I said though, all the more reason to block those BS auto auction mods.

Probably not worth trying to explain to you but here goes. Folks auto post items with that mod at ludicrous prices based on other server averages and non-local data. People start keying their prices off the crazy ones and soon we've got 9/9 helms up for over 1k. I've regularly chatted with sellers about it and they usually agree and complain that their mod did it by itself. That is what I think ruins the economy, not sniping lol. It's when we just normalize all AHs to some server average that they lose their local character and economic differences.
Hopefully that makes sense to you even through the rage you seem to have about the topic.
