War FC v.s. Druid FC next patch

Paladin FCs can still heal, bubble, loh, etc, while druid FC's won't even go on offense - I see the analogy you are making, but it pales in comparison.

Since you have to shift out to heal, you lose the stam-armor benefit, as Hurrx mentioned before. They also don't have the dps a prot warrior can pull in if the druid is in bear form either with only mangle, maul, and swipe for offense.

Just roll boomkin fc
<

silly that hass still trolls after i smashed him on the ruin forums everyday. aint that right soldier?

yeah, you saying you ever smashed me on the forums is like saying beau isn't a virgin. or like saying nuremberg isn't in slyddurs shadow.. forever. or like saying auggy will never be as good as maelstrom.. ever

Feral FC, have him help gank EFC before making the pass to him.

You could apply the same logic to excluding paladin FCs on the "no more than 2 of a class" rule. Exceptions can be made since rules are left up to the guilds in question obviously.

this isn't a no more than 2 of a class rule, this is no more than 2 stealthies....Since the 2 of each class rule will still apply, then 2 stealthies and a druid FC should be negotiable seeing as the FC will never be utilizing stealth to gank the EFC

And if the 2 of stealth classes rule was abolished, would teams really roll with 2 rogues 2 feral druids? I don't see any use of that rule given the 2 of ea class is still in place.

Without the 2 stealth rule teams could easily exchange one of their dps for a feral or boomkin... that plus 2 rogues on an efc with 4 or 5 debuff would easily global him

2 rogue 2 druid would not be good bc u would lose the mid battle but 2 rogue 1 druid could be very effective while still putting up a good mid fight

W/o the rule u could easily run a 3 man O 7 man D and win

honestly? i say druids, hell, even resto shamans are better fc's than warriors most of the time. the reason here being, in most pugs you'll get in, kiting will be a hella lot more effective than standing still, since scrubs will follow you around mindlessly, never catching those nifty 40%..

pugs till debuff = druid

premades = war hands down

Agreed.

And you can still kite, just has to be preemptive or after a well places fear bomb

I love how everybody talks about the *rules* of premades yet the only place where these rules are said are in the WT premade thread. Meaning for games again WT.

WT were not the ones to decide any rules, their purely just commen sence restrictions to avoid an unfair game. Any guilds that premaded recently would have aggreed on the same rules. (WT or not)

A druid flag carrier should not count as an additional stealther. Why? Because he will never stealth up to efc and kill him instantly.

The stealth rule is there to prevent a turtle til full debuff then go instagib efc with 2 rogues 2 ferals.

If a druid FC drops flag to go onehit the flag carrier, he isn't a FC and the stealth rule should apply to him aswell.

Which do you think will be more viable? Granted the 10% armor increase will be awesome, but as a prot war in defensive stance I'm still rocking roughly 60% damage reduction, which seems pretty ridiculous. So will druids honestly be that much better, and go back to the ol' days of Druids holding down the FC slot?

Currently, an experienced and well geared resto druid can go places. Warriors cant do crap without a pocket healer, and even that isn't saying a lot. When the next patch comes out, Druids will really start to shine. 10% increase in armor and 10% increase in stamina, that'll put them pretty high up in the food chain.
