I don't mean to sound hyper optimistic, but most of the twinks I used to play with did it 95% for the arenas. I'm confident, if not convinced that if skirmishes were still around - or even returned - that many brackets would to a larger/minor degree (depending on what bracket) resurrect itself.

Spread the word guys, spread the signature - get more people to sign petition.
