Hello everyone! No fancy legendaries or scaling weapons this time i'm afraid, but I hope you can still appreciate the pure awesomeness that retribution can bring to the battlefield. Disclaimer for armoury, I'm aware my character is not level 99. That said, the gear, perks and scaling is all identical to what I would have at 99. I decided to preserve my mental well being and not level through Draenor AGAIN. Thanks :)

That is not true. You are missing 2 class perks. And your Gear is worse than it would be at 99. Using the 2 pve-sets only inc your dmg of tv by 25%. But not having pvp power will reduce all of your dmg and healing and you lose both pvp-set bonusses which means even a bigger loss. And at 99 you have the option to switch the pvp gear with 615+ for a better overall performance. (And using a warlords crafted necklace doesn't make any sense. Get rid of the 390 trinket and use skull of war and the prideful necklace instead.)

The class perks I am missing have 0 affect on my overall performance (i'm missing a boost to divine storm, a spell which is not worth using and a lower cooldown on hand of sacrifice).

How do I lose PvP set bonuses? I can wear the contenders + the PvE sets no problem (The PvE set actually makes TV 32% more powerful).

Skull of war will reduce the maximum damage I can put out as the on use gives a higher strength total, it may well boost my overall damage but the effect i'm going for is the highest -potential- damage, plus it lines up perfectly with my cooldowns and is under my control

While it's true I can swap out for 615 gear at 99, I personally believe that my scaling cloak/ring and contenders give more of an advantage anyway. Yes the neck is an issue :p

Despite all this, I simply wanted to tell people that I was aware that my character does not -exactly- match the video title. However were I to put "Level 96" it would almost certainly never be found in the Youtube search engine.

I've meant the one from the prideful-set if you would use those instead of the pve-sets.

I know that you always go for max burst in like 0sec with berserking, all cds up and stuff to blow people up. As I said before, still like the editing of your videos, not the content. :)
