Combined 3 hours in queue tonight for 1 EOTS game which was almost entirely 29 feral druids on alliance, this 1 game a week thing I have going is making me really salty...

MM looted 2 times and ring of precision drops for my warrior
Gloomshroud armor and Shadowfang dropped for my mage
and thorbias gauntlets dropped for my monk

I presume you are doing skirmishes while waiting. If so, that is why queues are so long. Many people are queue battlegrounds and then skirmishes. While in a skirmish this takes people out of the BG Queue temporarily. It is just a viscous cycle until the stars align until enough people are out of skirmishes.
