Ik but a legendary with superior stats should not be taken lightly. And its just wasteful imo to level a 90 when that cloak has the usefulness of a lvl 100 dungeon blue.
 
Skymirroring a druid in incarnation: king of the jungle form and wishing I could look like that now.

As someone who had the cloak (and still has it) on my 100, it's not wasteful at all. If you're talking about being useful for 90 twinking, you'd be mistaken. The cloaks are heavily nerfed in PvP, otherwise you would have seen people using them prior to WoD. The only scenario I could see the cloaks being useful is 90 twink raiding.. but who wants to do the same content they just did last expansion? Only cool thing about it now is /afking in SW/Stormshield with it on while waiting for ques.
 
Oh Crippling poison... Why do you hate me so. Whaling on an opponent for like 5 straight seconds and you don't take effect. Then I get Kited. Oh Crippling poison how you let me down.
 
40k damage in a 10 min wsg loss. 0 killing blows. entire enemy team had significant healing capability and nearly all wouldn't step 20 feet away from the main group in mid.

over 50% 29's
 
Opening on a rogue that has evasion available every time I encounter him/her.

I'm not sure weather to be honored that he's saving it just for me.. Or frustrated.
 
Feeling like I can never play healer because very often have few dps to rely on or who will group up, horde tends to group more and have more healers in my experience and end up winning mid fights. Even when we dont fight and get flag into our FR me and FC sit there while team sits in mid or cant get across just waiting to get overrun by horde. Plus 90% of the time never having dps on D. Healing O tends to yield same results. Quite discouraging and of course subjective but I dont know what im doing wrong.

My results tend to be much better killing the efc myself (@feral druid/rogue/hunter etc always the first person to respond and be where I need to be).

i have 4 shadowfangs, 6 pairst of mtb, 2 magefist gloves, mm , kellers girdle , Guillotine axe, and about every single other blue under the sun . but can i get a gloomshroud armor to drop ? NOOOOOOOOOO because that would just be too easy . -.-

They made SF too easy for you; took away the thrill of the chase. The magic is gone. Gloomshroud is just playing hard to get. You'll appreciate it later.
