Prot Pali is not a dps it is a tank - don't nerf horde. On a second thought I wonder how avengers will effect mid game control.

I guess we should rule out all BM monks as well then. Dont bring people down for trying something different that is defiantly viable in a 10v10 situation (especially since he is Belf)

There is a huge difference between bm and prot pal. It's viability was never a question but it's definitely not better than a lock or mage at cc. It has yet to be tested but unlike the games you are probably use to these are fun but competitive at the same time. I'm up for testing new things but not in certain situations. I'm told that later these premades will have more format rules and regulations. I'm up to seeing a protection paladin being effective though.

Of course there will be a difference as there is with any class/spec. But you stated above, "Prot pal is not a dps its a tank", well so is a BM monk. The part about not being as effective at CC as a mage or a lock I agree with you on that but Prot pal has a lot of CC as well and he stated he wanted to play it as a dps anyway. Also I have played my fair share of 10v10 and they have always been fun and competative.

I also don't mind letting someone else give it a go if they don't have very much premade experience. Ive been in a lot of premades and don't mind letting someone give it a shot if they weren't able to in the last match. Love you burg, you da man <3

I applaud neon for wanting to play prot pally, its been my fav spec since it became less op, aka not in cata

I think that considering the fact that this is vet not f2p people should play new specs that are not so flavor in order to add new flavor to these games.

For full Balance you just need to find a rogue, Bm and hunter for horde and Boomy for Ally. Shouldn't be hard since its 2 weeks away. Some people can even reroll a new toon.
