US Summer Premading Schedule

Would be about four years late on that one I think.

Almost on topic, Canna I was thinking about the Prodigy vs. DEM game you were in the other day. 75 minutes or so of crazy fun, makes me miss premading a lot.

lol ye that was such a intense premade

Im 99% sure it was 25 mins because alot of people were saying why didnt they just make it 30 mins

OMG yes... Back in the early Vengeance days, I used to love playing that last game of the night then realizing more than an hour had passed... leaving the game only to wake up and get into the same game. :)

There was a bush on the horde side where a druid could lay down and the flag would disappear and the cheetah form was almost invisible somehow. Well, one night, I left and ate dinner with the family and came back and I was still there... alive. Those were the days.

I heard that the changed the WSG games to 20 minutes... crazy.

Damn... too many cool memories of the old days. Remember AV games where you actually looted everyone to get stuff to turn in so you could summon Lokholar... those game went on for a LONG time too.

Timer was originally 20 minutes then they increased it to 25 after people complained.

Now apparently it's back down to 20.

Thank you for directly explaining your signature which is taken out of context :p (my response was after you were flaming on another player's "lack" of skill)

On topic:
I think this thread had great potential to be stickied. Organizing premades is key in a time like this and is a step in the right direction. I also enjoy seeing Derv and others talk trash about how poorly VD and Underground played.... especially how Derv has not premaded in years and hides behind random characters when playing. It's easy to judge/criticize from behind an anonymous avatar. I formally would like to say that both teams played GREAT and their premade having occurred is also GREAT for our entire community. Trash talking about 2v2 records / duel records gets us absolutely nowhere, hold 0 significance in someone's ability to show their level of skill, and as a result should not even be talked about over public forums especially in a thread in which discussion of them is completely off topic.

Anyways I really hope that the direction of this thread pulls a complete 180, away from this EU trash talking in a US thread with intentions of organizing premades, and back to it's constructive and positive intentions. As of right now, I am personally very disappointed in what this thread has become.

I certainly would be very excited to see these games live as my involvement in premades has been limited to real ID substituting due to my casual playing / inertia of Mayhem.
Slyddur can you edit in if a stream is possible for each game? I feel that it would be a positive contribution. For those of us who are not in the 20 players during a premade, we do still take special interest in what's going on in other's games!

As for the future of this thread, I really hope we can work together to let this thread become the constructive resource that it is intended to become :3

How are you supposed to tell someone what would help their gameplay then? If someone says "lol youre thrash gg l2p bad noob" everyone tells him "at least tell him what and where to improve, be constructive". Derv was being constructive just like everyone tells us to be when we have to give critism. Even if he is "hiding behind random characters" because he supposedly is bad, which he's not, why should he not give constructive critism?

I added a Stream/Video line and I'll edit in a link if anyone plans on streaming. I personally won't be able to stream until my building gets Google Fiber installed in the fall (our upload is garb at peak hours), but I'll be recording and uploading until then for sure.

On an off topic note I'll say that Derv played multiple premades on warlock with NA at the end of Cata to great effect and leave it at that.

I think its safe to say that <TC> vs <EbK> is going to be the best game of MoP so make sure you guys tune into a stream if one is provided. Not 100% but there is a high possibility that someone from TC will be streaming.

GL!!

I've added <EbK>'s in house premade for this weekend. There should be streams from both teams perspectives.

EDIT: rule repealed
