Yes, I agree with you that poor people in the US have free healthcare. I said that poor people in the US do not have access to decent health coverage plans. To elaborate that further, I believe the quality of US health coverage varies greatly, depending on SES status. Do you agree with this?

You’re stupid because there’s no way in hell that $600/year could insure someone. You literally underestimated it by a factor of 12. I could see if you said wow it’s twice what I thought - but no, it’s 12 times. And further you almost definitely were paying more than $600/year for your portion.
Medicaid is actually great coverage, the bad outcomes are far more attributable to bad lifestyle choices than bad medicine. Are your primary care options somewhat limited if you’re very poor or very rural? Yes - but the same hospitals that provide top notch care to the wealthy take medicaid as well is you have something serious.

I really don't spend much time debating people who are dumb enough to believe what the US says about countries they're trying to over through that just happen to have the world's largest gas reserve. 99% of what you hear about Venezuala are lies that have been systematically exposed by real investigative journalists.
