I do not have all the facts, but I would still advise against it. The bnet mods will be unlikely to favour you if you seem just as bad as them.

Please by all means roll a U.S. server 29 and get in games with them, then tell us what we can do.

Is it possible to schedule different game nights and not post them on the forums? That way they can't wont know when to get in? Use Twinkinfo or Fbook group to get the message out that fight nights are on different nights.





Or possibly use some sort of forum code. Post on Lvl 1's. Use "PvP" for "29s" and "Balanced" for "Fight Night". You wont get confused, because there wont be any other threads that will say pvp is balanced =D



Personally i dont think we need to be advertising in BG forums anyway, it is bringing in alot of bads in besides Kow and Amy.

i dont know about changing the nights. we have a good thing going with these nights it seems. however, IF we were to do anything, i'd say lets try for a fri night, maybe start at 10pm eastern instead of 9?

i got an email back saying they are monitoring the situation closely. my ban isn't getting overturned but at least i know they don't want people to be afraid to post on the forums. just have to remember that any insult, no matter how mild, is going to get you banned. i don't think heated discussions about the games themselves really should be grounds for a ban, but cleaning it up to sound less rage filled is good. i'm going to report their trolling at every turn once my ban is up so i'll apologize in advance if threads keep getting deleted. i'd rather see them get perma banned and lose a few threads in the process.

It's pretty amazing how two people have managed to bring so much attention (inlcuding Crithto) to our threads on the official forums. I just recently came back from vacation, so I wasn't aware of the other threads that got a good purging/Blue response until I checked out MMO-Champion. They're quite the trolls in-game as well, whether it be purposefully under-performing or idling in the graveyard. Hopefully we can get some coordination in the Gulch and give them what's due. ;-)

the people who are getting the threads deleted and people banned aren't exactly innocent, people didn't start ragging on them for no reason. the first night kowdashian was in games i made the comment "way to not even attempt to cast a heal on our fc", because i was running the flag and died next to him without him even starting a cast, then he starts throwing insults and calling me a cunt. next, yukkie said something to him about not healing her and he threw the same insults at her. thing is, he actually wasnt casting heals on people, he would throw an earth shield on them and then fight people. no one was actually insulting him until after he called yukkie a cunt and started his "no heals list", which included hordes only dedicated fcs.



the next fight night he had shown up with amy and we've had the two of them trolling the bracket since. they refuse to finish gearing, they dont heal particular players and they spam report posts in the threads. two threads have been locked and multiple 29 vets have been banned since they started playing.

Here's the thing though. Blizzard wants to provide a neutral and friendly environment for players to discuss the game. Comments like "way to not even attempt to cast a heal on our fc", are obviously snarky without hearing the person say it in vent. There is no way to read a comment like that without being somewhat offended, even if the person it's directed at is completely in the wrong. I keep asking people if they are certain that Kow/Amy threw the first punch, and it seems to me that they aren't.





We've already discussed the negative way in which some community members provide 'feedback' to others, and it's more than possible that Kow/Amy are just retaliating to make a point. It's easy to call it trolling, but I don't think they're doing it for the sake of fun. In my opinion, from the conversation I had with Amy, none of this would have happened if the people who first criticized them, had done so in a positive manner. I don't want this to become a wall of text battle on these forums, but I can tell you right now that anything remotely inflammatory is report worthy, no matter how silly or ridiculous anyone thinks reporting is.





The bottom line is that you really need to think hard about how you're posting and make sure no one can take the things you say personally. It will get reported. The other part of it is that those who had 'first contact' with Amy/Kow need to step up to the plate and apologize, even if you don't feel you did anything wrong. Doing so will show those two that we are willing to put the past behind us if it means improving the quality of games.

I know I was one of the firsts to get added to their "list" after Oknob, and if it means getting these clowns to actually participate in games I will personally apologize to them, but if that gets us nowhere then I am completely for farming them until they rage /afk like they did the other night



edit: even though it isn't me that should be apologizing it started when Kowdashian didn't heal me when i was fc'ing on d and after I died I whispered him "dude why didn't you heal me" and he responded with "I was healing you, you f'ing cunt open your eyes" (he most certainly didn't even attempt to cast a heal on me) so I said w/e you suck bad anyways.. which started the crap storm I get from them now ie: Amywineheals emote spamming me on my horde as alliance kill me



I even tossed them both heals Tuesday night in an attempt to achieve victory over the Doomhammer clan

I've not had problems with either one in game (or out for that matter) I agree it's a situation that with some communication and some bending it could likely be fixed quite easily to make it more enjoyable for everyone in que and on the forums. They haven't been the nicest lately but on the same token we all know some of us aren't always gentle on our approach in confronting others. We've had players far less geared and considerably more um nasty in que so why continue harping on them if they are willing to participate objectively in games and stop looking for payback with reports on players.

The alternative is mindless farming which makes me not feel like queing and I'm sure has that affect on some others out there that just want to get into bgs and have some fun.

We don't need to come off as the bracket with the maturity level of 12 year olds.

while I understand where you're coming from here, if those two are in game more often than not the game turns into the Horde getting farmed more or less from essentially having to play down by two players (making people not want to queue as well) and if we have to sacrifice a game or two to get them to afk like last week then I think it's an even trade, when was the last time anybody was in a game with those two that was actually fun/competitive? I can't recall a single one



edit: but I do hope it doesn't come to that, like I said if I run into them in a game tonight I am going to do my best to try and "atone for my sins" and it will be up to them to decide what to do with it

This is how i feel as well, im fine with just ignoring them or whatever but they bring down the enjoyment of a game, the first game i was in with them they literally threw the game, they didn't even have to not heal me to do it either.

oh **** is that why you guys were farming below the gy last week. man i feel stupid now cause i was fighting back at times. not even sure if you were in that game i remember ohai minowman broshot and a few others going at it below our gy.
