It's sorted by level, then artifact level, highest ilvl/alvl are highlighted. Item levels were not checked, I simply added the AP levels. The item levels will be updated upcoming weekend, the above armory's will be added later today.

I kill all non-Elites in 1 GCD as it is, and can drop 4.5 mil Rares in short order without my HP moving but it's still nothing compared to y'alls Enh Shammies.
