Unbind soulbound items

Delete the item, open a ticket and tell blizz you got hacked, they'll replace it, if your story is believable, then MAYBE, it might get replaced as BoE. Worth a try isn't it?

Finaly had a GM answering my ticket, they need to remove the mats first appearntly, and it worked! ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting the item is BoE aslong as it remain in the mailbox and im quite sure you can put items on AH from your mailbox useing mobile armory, GL people who'll try to unbind stuff, guess its better than having fangs on a leveled toon
Nice, good find! :D

But I am pretty sure that when you just delete ur items and use item restoration the usual way, the items will be BoE in mail but when you loot them they will become BoP?

So we actually got a way to unbind soulbound items now?...

And if you have 2 accounts, you should be able to sell your item, and buy it with your other account and make it completely BoE?

Im 99.9% sure items like Inferno Robe for example are "Soulbound" in the mailbox and boes are "Bind on Equip".

If this still is correct you could use the remote AH to sell from your mailbox. Not sure if once you have it on the AH there would be negative affects if you simply cancel the auction and pull it from your mailbox... perhaps it would bind upon withdrawal still?

The thread stated that it had to be disenchanted, and I didn't want to wait another month if it didnt work just by deleteing :p

Well I wouldn't expect items rewarded from quests to become BoE, but items like Shadowfang, Mindthrust etc., should become BoE, and as I said, if you have a 2nd acc or a friend helps you, you can post them on AH via remote AH and your friend/2nd account could buy it and send it to you, that way you'll have the binded item unbinded.

Im gonna try it now, just be deleting, no disenchanting

I'm glad to see no one has yet to discover the way we did it.

Means it might not have been fixed ^^. I honestly don't see a point in this thread, anything published will just get hotfixed. If you have a method, keeping it to yourself is the only way to keep it working.

Well, theres the one for your phone, doubt it'll make much difference, you did try to post from mailbox right?
Did your method work with disenchanting the item, then restoring it and posting it on AH from mobile armory?
