Unable to pickup Counterattack (surpresser's wand)

Anyone know how to get this quest or is it bugged? so annoying, it says you need level 11 to pick it up but the questgiver only has one quest and that's it. I just saw a mage with surpessers wand so i'm not sure what is going on?



Anyone know the deal with this?

2.Verog the Dervish -lv 13



3.Hezrul Bloodmark -lv 15



The quest should appear after doing these. I'm uncertain if the level reqs for these are accurate, however.

He doesn't even have those quests for me, I can't get them on any toon, even new toons i've made.

Those quests above are not given by the same npc who gives counterattack. You will find the quest givers at those oases.



You just have to do all the Kolkar quests.

What? all thsoe quests are started by Rethgar Deathgate. I cannot even get those quests.

You pick them up at the north-west and south-east oasis

I got both wands the other day and Wind Rider Wand - Item - World of Warcraft seemed alot easier to get. I'd just go for that one instead unless you want the novelty.

It's not as good, sadly. I have yet to find a quest for a good wand for alliance as of yet.

Sigh, I tried getting that aswell. Questgiver doesn't have the quest. Swear my account is bugged, there's so many quests that just don't exist, even on my 29.
