I'd like to give a massive shout out to my guild <UGGTW>(Formerly known as <ugly girls get tap water>). The past few weeks have been crazy, activity is BOOMING like I could have never imagined upon making this guild in the first place. We're averaging 15+ online during the day , and at times we easily have 20+ level 19s on. The alliance is definitely doing its part to keep 19s alive.
Originally, this guild was made for me to just chill in, invite a few friends, etc... But it's clearly far more than that now. So many personalities and people have shown themselves in this guild and it warms my heart to have witnessed this growth... It almost leaves me speechless.
The guild is actively funding basically ANYONE at level 19. We can provide almost all your non BoA enchants as well as BoE gear ( Aside from ultra rare things i.e. Walking boots, Shadowfangs, Gloomshroud, things of that nature).
We understand how DIFFICULT getting into the 19 scene can be, thats why at UGGTW we streamline your process, introduce you to friends, and help ease you into the bracket as easy as possible.
However, please understand there are older players in this guild. Trash talk/mature language is common to see, don't get offended if it's directed at you, especially from the higher ups within the guild, majority of the time it will be constructive.
All in all, UGGTW has been one of the driving forces that has kept 19 twinking alive since the twink cup, I'd like to thank
Trendy for his constant streaming and guild recruitment. Having recognizable twinks always helps a guild
GG 19 and specifically Conq for recruiting and helping SO MUCH with gear, he has been a life saver for me
Hunnybuns, for similar reasons to trendy, this guy is my right hand man and when it comes to game time the ultimate leader in the gulch.
and a special shout out to vangnaw for being the guilds sugar mama, always helping me out when i need it and being around when no one else is!

Well this guild has evolved a bit but
Funding, good officer's , events, wargames and active recruitment are all really important factors that one can use to build their twink guild. Management needs to be active.

UGGTW Is recruiting a SECOND team for the NWL. We will be submitting two teams for the next season and will be having in house premades, A team vs B team. The two teams will be exclusive of each other i.e. players from A team can't swap into the B-team unless they're playing as mercenaries, meaning the rule of 3 mercs max would still apply (to my understanding).
This second team will be formed within the guild, leaders will be decided upon and many will be shown the ropes in the inhouse games. If things were to happen and team B decide to leave and make there own guild that's all good as well, my hope is that people who play in the B team will find themselves more motivated in hopes of pushing into UGGTW A team.
If you're already within the guild then that's great but if you're outside the guild and looking for a competitive premade atmosphere then this may be your ticket in.

Yeah, atm I'm just recruiting anyone and everyone regardless of skill level. It is just a guild for people to come and hang out and do some pvp. I just am looking for people that are more active, but I haven't been able to play ingame for a couple of days due to school. I'm trying to get some people to help me run it and recruit people while I'm offline.
