Uberman Sleep Cycle / Polyphasic Sleep

i thought so

yes...but you have no concept of time when dreaming, even if you're also lucid dreaming while doing uberman. so you have no idea when you are entering or leaving rem. also unless you are lucky or practicing lucid dreaming you could dream and not remember it, or not dream at all. so that is not a very good yard stick.

I've been lucid dreaming every night since I was about 5 or 6, I'm pretty well aware of how long I'm asleep. For example, the first time I fell asleep I could tell it was significantly shorter than, for example, my last one, which lasted about a full 15 minutes.

And really? Thinking has made us less efficient? Last I checked our processors double their resistors every 18 months.

You find that more efficient? I guess in the US that is how efficiency is messured, sadly.

you were demodded how do you feel

Rayu was not demodded. He stepped down from mod. There's a difference there. Rayu is pointing out that Americans' view of efficiency is different than that of the Dutch (which is a pretty interesting insight actually). Please expound Rayu.

Edit: Grats Rayu on just reaching 1k.

i think the dutch have been pretty efficient with moving water and land

I still cannot see how this is even remotely useful. It's just one of those stupid things you see online that people 'discovered', started blogging about and making up bullshit facts, and all of a sudden it becomes this thing that people who are smug and uptight do as a way show they are 'better then everyone else.' Like vegans, I respect them, just don't be up in my face talking smack about the food I like to eat.

Anyway, this is most certainly unhealthy, anyone on the Internet saying this is a good idea is a quack, and it's really just stupid. If you SERIOUSLY need to do this to study, finish projects for school, or do something else that you have NO TIME ofr ... Something is wrong with you.

Anyone looking to do this, let me just save you the time right now. Buy a day planner and make time for all the stuff you need to do.

anyways, why would you respect a vegan. they're insane from lack of proper protein. but hey....at least they have a tiny bit of real medical reasoning to stand on, unlike iat and his band of merry bloggers.

but he doesnt trust wikipedia.

oh well. i can only hope he drives off a cliff from lack of sleep (when he gets a license olololo) and we can see darwinism in action.
