Twinking level brackets with Legendary Weapon BiS?

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a twinking bracket that has a Legendary Weapon as their BiS weapon option, sounds like a cool novelty character so I'd love some recommendations! <3

Was going to mention warglaives for 30s but they unfortunately aren't BiS. Shadowmourne for 30s and Valanyr (ulduar healing mace) are both BiS last i checked for 30s retail. cheers!
