Any competitive person cares about ranking lists. Just look at pretty much every competitive anything and you'll see leaderboards lol.
These lists are based off statistics in achievements so they're accurate enough to base opinions off of. Or at least as accurate as it gets
p.s. enough people care about it to toss their characters up for comparison

also the list is incomplete because i dont know every twink out there.
thats why theres an option to add, if you see something missing.

it is what it is though. "the best twink" (whatever that means) isnt necessarily top on any of these lists. you can focus on being the best flagcarrier, the best flagreturner, best killingmachine, to get high on these lists. but a good allround twink will focus on many things, not just one, killing, support, flags, which in turn will make them fall behind on most of these lists.
i thought about making some kind of "allrounder list", but havent given it enough thought. a good allrounder could be relatively high up on many of the lists, and there would be different weighting for a dps, tank and healer. theres no stats about how many times you saved someone elses ass, no stats how many times you and a buddy came out triumphant of a 2 vs 5. no stats how often your last actions made a losing game a winning one.
so take it for what it is. raw stats.

It's not even right about caps. Most caps per bg achieved by someone that barely plays lol. There are enough other veteran's that cap more than him in EU and US and pretty sure other categories aren't right aswell.
