to be honest i dont think there will be a twink cup what so ever. say what you want but the "hype" isnt there, there isnt enough spirit as there used to be. not worth the time.

This expansion literally ruined years upon years of hard work a lot of people put into their twinks, this legion pvp scaling shit made all of that time and dedication worthless.
It takes a days time to level and gear any twink now, this shit is pathetic.

You can also flip it and say yes legion ruined gearsets and dedicated work of getting bis but it also opened up accessibility in the sense that it takes 2-3 hours to level and gear a new class you might be interested in trying

also it's possibly the best time to switch from playing on EU to US and have a bigger pool of twinks for twink cup because of how damn easy it is to level and gear a toon ready for BGs

100% agree with you, but twinking has almost never been a "casual" thing to do in wow. Twinking wasnt for casuals who get to play just because they have the right armor type on for their class.
