EDIT: Can't do anymore quest, stuck here, trying stuff around to see if anything works.

U figure anything out yet? seems if xp was turned off at 10, could still do quests to get off isle (seems the only require 1 on isle and 9 in org). guy in my guild is trying and now the GMs are saying no. so has anyone done this lately, or is Blizz finally done with this?

I just started a lvl 10 Goblin Priest: ßubble, did all quests and got on the boat to Org. with 1K XP until 11.

The best way to ensure you don't level to 11 is kill the lowest level of each quest mob; and if you are a healer, during the escort miner/Orc scout quests just heal and let them kill mobs.

i just rolled a goblin last night with gf, dead ran all kills and got to org with 3 bars to lvl10, LVL9 GOB OUT. SSed.
